randerskommune2Randers Airfield is located in the heart of East Jutland, and is the second largest airfield in the area. Randers Airfield is owned and operated by the Municipality of Randers.

The airfield due to its location is ideal for small and medium sized air transport and taxi flights. It is possible to fly direct from Randers Airfield to destinations both at home and abroad.

Airfield Manager

Randers Airfield is owned and operated by the Municipality of Randers. In management terms, the responsibility for running the airfield is under the auspices of the local Department of Roads and Traffic.

Mr. Henrik Rose is employed by Randers Municipality as airfield manager.

The Airfield Manager handles the daily operations, maintenance and ensures the airfield complies with local regulations listed by the Environmental Approval Impact Assessment, those issued by Denmark’s civil aviation authority, and EASA. These duties are performed in close collaboration with the Department of Roads and Transport, and Randers Flying Club.
